I like me some eggs, sausage and bacon. with some oj.

Anything you eat for breakfast is good for you as breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gives your body the fuel it needs to Think and gives you the energy you need to get through the morning*~
Suggestions: eggs on toast with oj and perhaps sausage, french toast, fried egg on toast, omellette, scrambled eggs, hard boiled egg and toast, pancakes, yogurt with some fruit or nuts ontop, smoothie, 1/2 bagel with peanut butter, cereal like raisin bran something with fibre in it, a bran muffin, oatmeal/porridge, fruit salad :) plenty of options to choose from to kick start your day :)

Well, I always drink a Dt. Mt. Dew on the way to work .... and too often I am running late .... so I pick up a pkg of those Hostess Chocolate donuts and have them along with the Dt. Mt. Dew.

fried rice with garlic, egg and coffee... try it!

I very rarely eat breakfast,but when I do.I like biscuts,and gravy,bacon,and fried potatoes.

Us Southern girls love a bowl of grits with cheese in it, oh don't forget the sausage, bacon, jelly toast and the Florida orange juice !!!

Eggs, bacon, coffee or tea, English muffin, orange or cranberry juice.

Sometimes I like pancakes or crepes.

Toast with butter and honey, fresh OJ, fresh fruit & weetbix.

I blew up your Avatar to 400% and you look like a young fit guy and as long as you are also active that is OK.
There is a lot of fat there and I would watch that.

For me it is a feast like that once a year, but an egg on toast or a couple of slices of Vegemite on toast is my fare.

after age 40 i recommend leaving animals alone, and
i go for a bit of milk
crushed seeds,
crushed nuts,
bit of oats and cereal

special cheeses / tiny slice,

and some fruits

bit of tea perhaps ?

Homemade Breakfast Burrittos

Pkg. 8 burritto wraps
1 dz. eggs
1/2 each red pepper; green pepper, chopped
1 lb. of Jimmy Dean sausage (hot or mild..preference)
2 c. of mild cheddar cheese

cook sausage through. When almost done, scramble dozen eggs. Put both into large bowl. Add chopped peppers and the cheese. Cheese will melt as it is stirred with heat of sausage and egg mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Scoop a couple of heaping tablespoons into a burritto wrap and roll the wrap. Yummy!!

cereal, waffles or whatever leftovers are in the fridge

Frappe coffee with a cig, then some toast with turkey and milner cheese and orange juice.

biscuits and fried taters topped with sausage gravy over all. scrambled eggs made with extra butter.
scrambled egg sandwich w/ miracle whip.
fried egg w/ toast (I won't eat a fried egg without the toast)
fried egg sandwich on plain bread and butter (I call it a goppy sandwich cause after I put the butter on the bread I warm in the microwave; it comes out all warm and goppy.
a fried egg sandwich w/ sauted mushrooms and mayo on toasted bread.
my son would pick french toast sticks (I make them homemade) and sausage. his fave meal is breakfast especially if its breakfast for supper.
my daughter would pick either oatmeal (2bowls) with brown sugar and cinnamon or yogurt w/ granola or a pop tart.

both my kids are 9.
I did let them have cookies and ice cream for breakfast on their b-day. Bet the teachers loved that sugar rush first thing in the am. LOL

leftover pizza is always a good choice for breakfast too. healthy junk food. meat, veggies, dairy, grains.
