Answers:
Combine 3 sliced avocados, 2 cloves freshly minced garlic, 1/4 cup minced sweet onion, 1/4 cup sour cream and a few drops of Tabasco Sauce. Mash all together with a fork. Add freshly ground pepper and salt to taste, sprinkle lemon juice on the top of it to prevent oxidization. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!

hi charlie,

At present what is your weight why you are so hurry to reduce your weight if you want to reduce your weight go for daily exercises and diet maintenance

cheers

Im mexican so i should know the best way yo make guacamole is not to buy sauces or mash the avocado heres what you do.
1)you grab a spoon and pull out the flesh from the avocado shell and your going to slice it into cubes that are pretty small about the size of a centemeter each.
2)You chop up tomato as well about one tomato for every 2 avocados.
3)Onion your going to chop as well as thinly and small as possible again cut into shape of squares.
4)1 jalapeno fresh not the ones in vinigar please chop it up also very finely.
5)Stir in a bowl be sure to inccorporate everything and mix well but dont over stur because you will damage the avocado squares and your going to get mush also fold in the ingredients dont mix.

-Be sure to cut everything about the same size except for onion this is because you dont want to have that strong flavor in every bite just make it stand out a little.
-Very important so it doesnt turn all black on you. You need to add either lime. make sure its lime not lemon please or if again the acidity of the lime makes you have heartburn add milk a little about 3 tablespoons i know sounds nasty i assure you. You wont taste it ok.
-Serve with chips or as a side goes wonderfull with grilled fish
a.salmon
b.sword fish
c.barakuda
or the way it was made to have over a warm corn tortilla over the grill and a nice peice of thinly sliced Carne asada with grilled onions and bell peppers life dont get much better than that.
Hope you enjoyed and choose to use it if again that gives you heartburn add little less jalapeno or take it out completly. tastes great.
