What kind of smoothies do you make yourself?!

Question:

What kind of smoothies do you make yourself?

I'm getting someone a blender for her birthday (yes, she wants one) and want to put some smoothie ideas in with it.

Answers:
I make minimum 1 smoothie/day in the winter and 4/day in the summer for the last 5 years. These are my family's favorites.

Coffee Smoothie (my fave)

1 cup of milk
1 scoop of chocolate powder, Quik (or chocolate slimfast, vanilla is good too)
1 tsp instant coffee
6-8 ice cubes

Peanut Butter Smoothie (kid favorite, especially when they have friends over and it's too hot to cook)

1 cup milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop of quik or slimfast chocolate powder
5-7 ice cubes

Fruit Smoothie

6 oz milk or orange juice
4 oz container of yogurt, flavor of your choice
handful of frozen fruit (berries, peaches, pineapple, banana etc, mix them up or pick one)

For each one blend on high until chunks are broken up, if it's too thin add ice cubes until you get the consistency you want.

chocolate protein mix, nonfat milk and ice cubes.

The best one, strawberry's, banana, and a bit of orange juice, get some vanilla ice cram and blend. SOOOOOO good. Make sure its all fresh (but the orange juice)

strawberry/banana with a little coconut milk and pineapple juice and a lot of rum...mmmmm!

Well,I usually make banana smoothies. You put bananas, milk, and a bit of sugar and let the blender do the rest!

Don't forget mango too. I love all kind of smoothies. Where I came from, we can get so many different types of tropical fruits such as Sweet-sop, Jack-fruit, Corossolier etc... that you can't get in this country. Those fruits make the best smoothies. It's so yummy.

Banana, vanilla yoghurt, cinnamon & nutmeg and milk!

Bananas, peaches(canned or fresh), yaogurt and a little milk(or peach juice if you use canned.)
Frozen strawberries, frozen orange juice and vanilla ice cream. Or you can leave out the ice cream and use yogurt.
Any fresh or frozen fruit can be used with yogurt.

Soy smoothies!! Yum ... Use soft tofu, about 1/3 - 1/2 cup, a cup of orange or other fruit juice, berries, and a banana ... slurp. Satisfies for a long time and is healthy too. Easy to swap berries for peaches too now that summer fruits are ripening. Also great with mango, pineapple, apricots, swap plain yogurt for tofu too. Add a spoon of protein powder for extra nutrition.

Orange juice, sugar, milk, icecubes, and vanilla. (straberries or bananas optional) They are like the smoothies you get at the mall! YUMMY

peanut butter/ water/a dash of vanilla!! yum o

FROZEN Strawberries and Mango.
Orange Juice.
Handful of Almonds for Protein and MANY OTHER BENEFITS (and you can even taste them)
Vanilla Yogurt.

SO DELICIOUS>>> I MAKE THEM ALL THE TIME
