Bugs inside nectarine / nectarine pit ???!?!

Question:

Bugs inside nectarine / nectarine pit ???!?

I was just eating a nectarine, everything about it looked fine, not at all rotten or anything, and I was slowly slicing off pieces when the pit cracked open and I looked and there were many many tiny bugs crawing out of it and I feel disgusting now and need to know what harm could come to me be accidentally eating any of them ? Could they carry parasites ? Help please I feel vile now.

Okay I did look it up and I dont think they were those moths, there were maybe 50 at a rought guess and they were blackish in color and very very tiny. I didnt see any wings but it was hard to tell. Id say the thread hole of a sewing needle in size.

The bugs usually stay in the pit, so I doubt you ate any of them. Even if you did accidentally eat a few of them, you'll still be ok.

They carry virus so stay away from them!

yesss...they are nasty lil worms...throw the fruit away...yuck!!!!!

The closest I can come to an answer is to guess that it was a bunch of Oriental Fruit Moths. Can you describe the bugs a little better please? Like, were they worms, or did they have legs? Wings? Color? I know it's gross, but without that we can only guess.
