Answers:
The basic ice - cream recipe. 4 cups milk,2 cups sugar,14tbsp milk powder, 2 tsp CMC (Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose),2 tsp GMS ( Glyceryl Mono Stearate)'2 cups cream,1 tsp vanilla essence.
Mix sugar and milk, add milk powder mix without any lumps forming. Add CMC, GMS,fresh cream. Beat well with an egg beater till thick.Freeze for 50 mins. Remove from freezer and beat again. Freeze once again.
For Chocolate ice cream add 2 cups cocoa and increase the sugar by 1cup.
CMC & GMS are available at grocery stores.
Use full cream milk for a creamy ice cream.
This is how ice cream is actually prepared in factories. No dubious ingredients here.

Here is my easier method...

I grind frozen strawberries in my Champion juicer with the screen removed so its in Mastication mode, Then I reinsert the mixture back into my juicer/masticator and add cream and splenda (or sugar if you want real sugar) and out comes delicious Strawberry Ice Cream! Simply and without all the steps and dubious ingredients.

P.S.

After the first mastication, I have sorbet and can also stop with that if I don't want to add cream.

Something different and delicious with nutrients that keep you healthy….

"cheat" at home because I still have not bought an ice cream maker.
I cut up pieces of fruit into fairly small pieces, freeze them on a cookie sheet (so they don't lump together).
Puree the frozen fruit in a food processor - it is a great low fat, no dairy frozen treat.

YUM ....._;-p

Good luck! Enjoy!..._;-)

Wow ! That recipe of Coco's is a trade secret. It indeed is the actual recipe used in factories.
Go Enjoy !!!

My favorite place for recipes is foodnetwork.com. I tried to look one up for you but couldn't get it to print. Tyler Florence is who has the recipe. Its called Vanilla Bean and has good instructions and explanations.
Haven't made home made ice cream since we did in culinary school. Enjoy!!

Instant Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat milk
2 tablespoons sugar or artificial sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups ice cubes
1/4 cup rock salt

Steps:
1. In a quart-sized (regular) ziploc plastic bag, mix together the milk, sugar, and vanilla.

2. Seal the bag tightly, without leaving a lot of air inside.

3. (If you are a little paranoid about it leaking out, feel free to tape it up!).

4. In a gallon-sized ziploc plastic bag, mix the ice and salt.

5. Place the sealed quart-sized bag in the gallon-sized one.

6. Securely seal the gallon-sized bag without leaving very much air in the inside.

7. Shake, mush, and squish the bag for 6-10 minutes, or until the ice cream has set to a soft serve consistency.

8. Remove the inside bag (maybe even rinse off the salt) and you can either eat the ice cream right out of the bag with a spoon, or pour it into a small dish.

9. If you want the ice cream to be more firm, feel free to throw the bag into the freezer for a little while!

Good luck and enjoy!

500ml fresh cream, (or long life if fresh not available) beat well must be firm
3 egg whites beaten until firm and holds a peak (like meringue)
1 tin condensed milk.
3 egg yolks (beaten)
flavoring e.g. chocolate (cocoa powder), vanilla essence, fruit (puree or pieces) nuts etc

mix together slowly (preferably by hand not beater) :-

Beaten cream and egg whites, adding condensed milk and beaten egg yolks. Add flavoring mix in well.
Spoon into a suitable container for freezing and freeze overnight.
e.g. plastic container

if using cocoa powder mix it into the condensed milk before adding to other ingredients, it mixes in better.....

The easiest (and healthy!) way to make icecream at home:
Any fruit with the flavour you want the icecream. Put the fruit in the liquidator to produce a paste of it. Then add a tin of condensed milk and liquefy again. If necessary add a little of water to make the mixture as a cream.
You can put this cream into little vessels or in just one to place in the freezer to have your icecream.
Enjoy it!

first boil the milk{1 litre} boil it to make half litre and then mix the small pieces of bread mix both then
and put the elachi and sugar and then mix the dry fruit and then keep to be cold and then put it in a ice cream container and speard milk powder over it and close it tightly
and then three hour after grind in a mixer and then again put in a freezer for three hour
