Pastry advice?!

Question:

Pastry advice?

I bought some frozen pastry which i defrosted in order to make some cheese and onion rolls.I have cooked them and now i was wondering can i refreeze my pastry.

Answers:
Yes, you can

Yes, but the results my not be as good as the first time you used it,why dont you just make more cheese and oinion rolls and freeze them.

You should never refreeze anything, if it has been in the warm to defrost bacteria starts to grow .
It's not that expensive is it really worth the risk of making yourself &/or friends ill?

I have found that most uncooked and previously frozen foods, can be re-frozen once cooked. ie, if i had frozen mince then made it into bolognese, I would be able to freeze the bolognese.

yes you can

No once defrosted you should never ever refreeze, but you can always make something else with the remainder of the pastry and freeze that.

Of course you can, then later when its frozen solid it can be used to throw at noisy cars as they drive past. but never eat it..............

Yes, you can re freeze your cheese and onion rolls, as long as they are cooked right through. When you come to defrost your rolls, put them on a plate with some kitchen roll on it, and leave in the fridge at least overnight, the kitchen roll will absorb any moisture that may be there as a result of the freezing.
