Food question?!

Question:

Food question?

i was wondering how do u lose ur appetite for food? im not trying to be a anorexic its just i eat a tad too much sometimes and i really need to stop, its just so hard!

Answers:
Eat your food slowly, you probably eat your food to fast. it takes about 20 minutes to tell your brain that your full. So eat really slowly. and you wll get full you'll be suprised on how full you get from eating slow

drink a whole glass of ice water...and that will help you lose you appitite or go brush your teeth that helps also. Also try occupying yourself with something else

Drink lots of water all day long

Its a dangerous road to take if you feel that strongly about the amount you eat.

The safer way is not to avoid fufilling your appetite but counteract it with regular exercise.

And make sure the food you eat is healthy.

I do the same, try and chew each mouthful 36 times, its a random number i know but it makes you slow down and eat slower, which leaves time for your brain to get the signal from you tummy that its full.

also, use a smaller plate, this makes it hard for you to pile food up to eat. I also read that a blue plate makes things seem unsavoury, cant find a blue plate to try that one out however.

millhouse is right.our hungry status is usually around 20 minutes,if you eat slow you will eat less within that time range..but if you eat fast you will just keep on eating more until your brain tells you its time to stop.this is one reason why i have stayed thin all these years.
also, try not to eat more food after dinner.i heard that by 6pm your body metabolism slows down for the night.
drinking alot before your meal helps too.because it fills up your tummy before food comes in.=)

ok i tried and i can't do it, i love you to much and i can't stay away from you, so don't be mad

Try hanging out with friends or go hiking maybe :)

hey babe, look u dont need to loose wieght ok? ur absolutly gorgeus as u are! and zellparis .. mate stay away from my girl alright?
