High in Iron and Protein, which is used by your body for growth, development and repair!

xD

Only the meat producers say it is good for us, it is not , in your stomach when you eat red meat , it leaves a residue at the base of your gut , in addition it is the worst item of meat you can eat if you suffer from arthritis the causes of eating it on a regular basis as been proved scientifically to advance the disease faster than those who do not eat it, stay on chicken and fish .

Red meat has iron, some sodium and potassium, other random vitamins and minerals, and complex proteins. As the body digests these items, the vitamins and minerals are used in some of the reactions that store and the catabolism fatty acids and glycogen stores (fat cells). The proteins are broken down for energy and substrates that are used in various catabolic (fat reducing) and anabolic (fat producing) reactions.

Basically, red meat gives our bodies the rare elements that we need (vitamins, minerals, rare metals, proteins, etc) for entire upkeep of the body and in some cases, the catabolism of fat.

However, we do not need all lot of red meat because we will storage the excess materials (gain fat).

It is full of iron and protein. If you cut of most of the fat (some is needed for flavour and moistness and we all need a bit of fat in our diet) it can be very lean.

Of course balanced with everything it is good for you. My sister was advised to eat red meat after her pregnancies, to help with anaemia.

its full of iron

proteins, vitamins, good stuff :)
