Answers:
SPECIAL HOT CHOCOLATE

1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. whipping cream
Hot milk

Combine chocolate morsels, sugar, water, and cinnamon in large measuring cup. Microwave at medium 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is melted, stirring twice during cooking. Cool to lukewarm.
Whip cream in small mixing bowl until stiff peaks form. Gradually whip in cooled chocolate mixture. Chill. Chocolate mixture keeps well in refrigerator in covered container up to 1 week.

For individual servings of hot chocolate, place 1 cup milk in serving mug. Microwave at high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Do not boil. Stir in 1 rounded tablespoon chocolate mixture until smooth. Chocolate mixture will yield 15 to 18 cups of hot chocolate.

Here's a personal fave of mine:

Hot Chocolate
Servings: 4
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 12 minutes
Ingredients
55g unsweetened cocoa powder
180g Sugar
7 tsp cornflour
140ml water
1 litre Milk

Method
1. Mix the cocoa and sugar together.

2. Dissolve the cornflour in the water and combine with the cocoa and sugar mixture in a medium-sized saucepan. Stir to a smooth paste.

3. Heat this mixture on a medium hob, continuously stirring it with a whisk. Gradually pour in the milk. Continue stirring as you bring it to a simmer.

4. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring continuously, until the cocoa is thick, smooth and glossy. Serve warm in mugs or pretty glasses.

ENJOY!
