Ribs and mashed potatoes or yogurt for breakfast?

Which one would you pick? I think ribs would be good. It is after 4:00am. Why not?

Sure, make an omlette w/ the rib meat w/ onions and stuff, then add 1 egg, a lil flour to the mashed potatoes and u have potatoe cakes!

Oh yeah. Beast and taters. The only way to fly. Have the yogurt for desert.

WOW, ribs and mashed potatoes sound good for Dinner or Lunch, but not breakfast... i can't eat That much for breakfast!!! :) so yogurt, please...

Either is fine. I heard that it's healthly to eat a big meal early that it gets your digestive system moving and can help people lose weight (if they eat smaller throughout the day especially before bed). Or think like steak and eggs is an acceptable and more traditional breakfast and hash browns too so sure meat and potatoes make a good breakfast.

definitely ribs and mashed taters, thats one of my fave meals I love having extra sauce to dip the taters in. yummy. Keep the yogurt as a quick snack on the go (if you have somewhere to keep it cold)

Ribs and mashed potatoes. The potatoes have carbohydrates for quick energy to get going and the ribs have protein to make breakfast stick. Add some OJ or a piece of fruit and you are good to go.
