If you're not well I think you should treat yourself to a fry up.

I'm not sure what a "fry up" is, but if you have a cold then you should have some chicken noodle soup & juice.......It will make you feel better!

Sure, if you can keep it down.

Don't see why not. Add some grilled tomatoes with plenty of black pepper, and a big mug of steaming hot tea with lemon and honey instead of milk, to keep up the cold-busting effects... Suggest toast instead of fried bread, and HP/brown sauce for added flavour.

Chicken soup is also a good idea - my mum makes a spicyish one with loads of garlic that tastes really nice and helps boost your immune system. Don't recommend garlic and onions with the fryup though.

Definitely, if you are feeling under the weather then you deserve a treat to cheer you up. Have a fry up you will feel much better once you have some nice hot food inside you. Also its best to eat what you fancy when you are ill as you have a cold your taste buds are probably not up to scratch and so your brain is telling you what it wants.

You sound as if you need pampering, have a fry-up but as punishment do not wash up your plate until the best bits of the fried egg (Those bits that stick to the plate) have gone hard and yukky. Punishment over sit back and ignore tonights telly as I do.

If you are well enough to cook it, you cannot be too bad!

When I have a cold it has to be Heinz Cream of Tomato Soup - I usually make my own, but when you are ill, you are ill.
Put it in a mug, newk it for 1 min 40 secs and Bob's your uncle. Get back into bed and allow to cool slightly and sip.
