SELF-RISING FLOUR

4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. baking powder

Mix all ingredients well. Store in tightly covered container. Use soon. Use in any recipe calling for self-rising flour. Makes 1 pound.

or
2 c. sifted cake flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Sift the above together and use as self rising flour.
or
instant pancake mix

i use baking powder with plain flour 1 cup of plain flour to one teaspoon of baking powder

plain floor and baking powder
