healthy option : go for some carrot sticks

I was just thinking the same thing! I went down the spar, got a pasty and heated that up and had it with baked beans! yummm!

ive just made myself some scrummy cheese on toast with tomato ketchup and a herbal fruit tea.

I suggest you have some meatloaf, liberally covered with dark gravy. Follow that with some mashed potatoes liberally covered with margarine and sour cream. Be sure to include broccoli liberally covered with cheese sauce. Follow that with a yeast roll, or two. And to wash all that down, I suggest you drink sweetened ice tea with lemon. For dessert, I suggest you have a GREAT BIG bowl of chocolate fudge ice cream, liberally covered with chocolate syrup. ENJOY! :-)

The question is very vague. It depends on what time it is where you are. Is it breakfast, lunch or dinner? Are you on a diet or not? But, I just had some Reese's Puffs cereal. I highly recommend it.
