Fillet is good but sometimes needs some help to boost the flavour. Well matured Salt Marsh lamb from Lancashire/Cumbria for me. Cooked medium it is so tender with a lovely tang of herbs and samphire the animal ate whilst on the marshes. Serve with fried red onion and red wine sauce. Sadly it is seasonal meat and only available for a short time in the spring and early summer.

Roast pork with nice crispy crackling... All the side trimmings too but I would be happy with just crackling.

a huge sirloin steak,medium rare of course. with lots of chips a nice grilled beef tomato a side salad and dont forget the onion rings, and lots of horse raddish sauce. yummy yum yum. thanks for making me hungry,lol. am off for lunch now xx

I'm a big bbq fan too, slab of pork ribs w/ a sweet and spicy sauce. or pulled pork sandwiches topped with coleslaw. Thick juicy deep fried onion rings, steak fries w/ mayo or sour cream. sauteed portobello mushrooms to go on the steak and a horseradish sauce for dipping. I also like polish sausage topped w/ saurkraut and a little horseradish sauce.
western style pork ribs are good too. and bbq pork chops, bbq chicken.
