What did you have for breakfast this morning?

was it a tasty sausage sangwich from the bk lounge? coffee? pop-tart?


Answers:
sausage and biscuit and an orange juice from Burger King.

porridge made with water and sea salt, the drizzled with treacle and skim milk,
and a white strong coffee

Bagle with cream chesse and tea

Porridge, followed by coffee, followed by a glass of water.

Wish I could say it was more than a simple espresso. We had late dinner guests so had to put another load in the dishwasher,no appetite today....should have had some oatmeal!

I had a delicious cinnamon raisin bagel, with cream cheese and jelly and a mocha coffee...yum!

just coffee so far... working up to date and nut oatmeal.

Nope. I had medium fried eggs with toast w/ cinnamon and sugar, coffee and milk. I usually have a fried egg sandwich with cheese on it and coffee and milk. For a snack mid morning, I have fruit or fruit juice.

Only coffee so far.

I had a cup of American coffee without Sugar & digestive Biscuts.

Oats with milk and honey and a green tea

Last nights pizza

Peanut Butter Crackers and Apple Juice.... wasn't very hungry

I was hungry for one so I made a fish sandwich. I would have waited but the temp today is supposed to be between 88 and 92. So I figured I'd cook now b4 it got too hot . It was 71 at 6:30 this morning.

just a simple cup of coffee. ugh

Yes, I was bad.
I had a smoked sausage sandwich and hot sweet tea.
