Do you think farmers using Cola as pesticide tells us something?
In India, most of the famous brands of cola are being used as pesticides. Environmental agency also has confirmed high doses of pesticides in cola drinks.
For the business development purposes these cola companies may be trying cover-ups, but consumption of cola fell down heavily in India of late.
Is this a wake up call for you or not?

Pesticola is good for cleaning the chrome on your car too.
I prefer Diet Pesticide myself. Even if it is a good pesticide, I am confident that it's not harmful for me to drink it.
I've never heard this silly before and, being that I drink two liters of soda a day (for for decades), what you've written means nothing to me.
It's not that the cola is poisonous to humans or that there are pesticides in it, it's just that the insects or pests don't like it. Clove seeds can also be used as a pesticide but that doesn't mean that they're poisonous. I think it's great that they're using cola instead of something a lot more harmful to the environment.
ha ha, I never knew that but I never drink that muck anyway. Everyone knows fizzy drinks are really bad for you.
Interestingly, here in the UK cola is often used for cleaning the toilet - apparently it cleans as well as bleach.
I have used it sucessfully for years.
Never drink it anymore
No, it is not a wake up call. If it is even true, that a cola is used as a pesticide does not mean that the cola that you drink from the store has pesticides in it. That a cola will kill a bug does not mean that it is harmful to a person, either. The components of salt are a poisonous mineral and a poisonous gas, but you put them together and they are just salt. Same can be true for the cola used as a pesticide (if it really is) and the cola you drink. They can be different. Besides, that the cola in India has been reported to have high levels of pesticide in it, if that is true (you provide no proof of any of this), also does not mean that cola in other parts of the world have pesticides in them.
What IS true is that the FDA in the United States tests these things and decides what is safe and what is NOT safe. I live in the U.S. So I know that the cola I would be drinking is relatively safe. That said, I don't drink it very often anyway. The high calorie and sugar content is not good for you, and the coloring can stain your teeth. I keep my cola drinking to a minimum.
The truth is that there are so many urban legends about Coca Cola that there is no motivation for me to even believe this is true without some kind of concrete evidence. I've heard that cola is a good spermicide, that the acids make it harmful to drink, that a tooth will dissolve in it overnight, etc. etc. All these have proven to be urban legend. Why should I believe this?
Yeah, that the bugs are flying hihg! .. l%lP .... l;ll
