What do you folks eat for breakfast,lunch, and dinner?


Answers:
I never eat breakfast, I usually eat a sandwich at lunch or go to a fast food place. I hardly ever eat dinner either

I'm Jamaican so 4 breakfast we have a full English breakfast with a Jamaican twist.

we have eggs bacon plantain (a big banana which u cook and has a firmer texture it's not as slippy as banana really nice )

and Jamaican bake bean
we fry up onions add the beans black pepper and hot pepper sauce

sooooo great

breakfast porridge-nothing since-gonna have some veg soup-dieting-yuk

Breakfast = Just coffee
Lunch and Dinner = One meal of BIG plate of rice and side dish. Usually a meat dish.

cereal, hamburger, and chicken and rice.....it depends

breakfast- usually nothing
Lunch- just depends usually left overs
Dinner- what ever is in freezer-homemade pizza probally tonight

Right now I am on a diet so my basic breakfast is usually a banana, an apple or some cantaloupe. Then for lunch it's broccoli, carrots, celery and some crackers with peanut butter. For dinner we usually have a vegetable stir fry! On our meat days I usually have a hamburger patty and some eggs for breakfast. A pork chop and some veggies for lunch. Then some rotisserre chicken for dinner.

sausage egg & cheese crosant from BK, brown bag it to work(homemade soup, sandwich or salad), dinner is varied just like everyone else.

For breakfast I either have oatmeal (non-instant) or fat free vanilla yogurt with bananas and granola.
For lunch I either have a salad of some kind or a sandwich on whole grain bread or whole wheat wrap.
Dinner varies, tonight I'm making a chicken and pork stir fry over long grain rice.

Mt Dew for Breakfast.

Turkey or Chicken sandwich and chips and dew for Lunch.

Dinner well just depends what I fix that night.It could be Chicken Breast OR hamburgers or spaghetti or tuna fish patties.Just depends on the mood.

On a regular day mon-fri when I work I eat 5 small meals.
Breakfast is usually something like rasin bran, oatmeal/cream of wheat, or scrambled eggs with zuchinni.
I have a snack 3 hours later that is usually a plumb and an apple some sort of fruit.
For lunch I eat Healthy choice boxed meals. They consist of a chicken dish all portioned out for me with vegitables. taste good too.
3 hours later another snack. This is usually right before i work out so ill eat a protien shake with lots of fruits in it or a peanut butter sandwich or protien bar.
For dinner I have somethng light for example last night i had boiled shrimp with avacado and cucumber in a spicy lime juice with corn chips. Tonight I will have a thin crust vegi pizza.
I drink lots of water or green tea throughout the day as well.

I usually dont eat breakfast, when i do i usually have a bowl of shreded wheat cereal.
I usually just have a sandwich of some sort during lunch, almost always a b.l.t. , sometimes a turkey sub.
For dinner, im still getting used to making it for myself, so i usually have hot dogs in those rice package things(like zatarains or something like that) with hot sauce and some pepper.

Breakfast, usually: French toast, fried sausage, fried potatoes....
Lunch, usually: Spicy chicken sandwich, fries, bottle water, fruit......
Dinner, usually: Steak, salad, potatoes or Baked pork chops & dirty rice.....

Breakfast- coffee, 2 pieces of cinnamon swirl toast or Kashi maple oatmeal
snack-sugar free carnation breakfast with skim milk and a banana
lunch- lean cuisine cheese pizza and spinach salad, a PBJ and skim milk, or black beans and brown rice
snack- apple, cheese, rye crackers or a Kashi trail mix bar
dinner-I make all kinds of things. sometimes chicken enchiladas, I make different stirfrys and I grill lots of fish,steak, veggies. I love to grill. we always have a fruit of some sort.
snack-peanut butter and graham crackers with a glass of skim milk
I drink tons of Crystal light peach tea throughout the day. On the weekends we usually go crazy and order pizza, go out for breakfast, and eat lunch out hiking.

for breakfast i eat fried plantains with fried eggs
for lunch i usually eat any think with chicken
for dinner i eat rice
