Plain Olive Oil or flavored olive oils. Brush it on the dough before adding your toppings.

Well, there's Olive Oil...and then there's Castor, Penetrating and Lorenzo's...

You can choose flavoured olive oil to make things interesting, depending on your toppings.

if you want to spinkle some oil on the pizza extrs virgin olive oil is the best.

olive oil, it is italian oil and ONLY italian oil goes with italian food

If your pizza has asian type ingredients, you could mix some sesame oil in with the olive oil.

ANY OIL THAT YOU DESIRE

what ever your taste-buds say. I think the best "go-to" oil for pizza is olive oil (you can infuse it with different flavors). BUT....my favorite "dip" or "drizzle" for pizza is good ol' fashioned garlic butter.....yummmmmmm

The tomato sauce and the spices and all the additional toppings
any oil
No chance you could determin the taste of the oil used to prevent the dough from drying out..
Crisco is fine you may have used it to grease the bowls or pans,..

Olive oil is traditional but you could use a flavored oil... depending on what kind of pizza you could use garlic flavored oil, or even hot chili oil to give it pizazz...

SPANISH Olive Oil,,,
Reason: Italy buys olives from Spain to make their olive oil! Thus, Spanish olive oil is less expensive yet tastes great!
Buen Provecho
