Can you freeze gazapcho?

i made fresh gazapcho, if i frezze it will the veggies taste the same when its thawed?

nope...frezzing most of those doesnt work. when you defrost it they all become a little mushy...i tried it once,. bad idea

Yes you can freeze it.

Yes you can freeze it AFTER you have pureed it. HOWEVER I must warn you that it will not taste the same. Here in Spain we make Gazpacho the say we serve it. It is like a fresh salad blended!
Have you tried White Gazpacho? You CAN freeze it!
