Answers:
I'm a body builder, you need protein, beans, peas, peanut butter. If you don't eat meats, always replace them with pinto, kidney, navy beans ,chick peas, black eyed peas crowder peas. not french Green beans, green beans, but its good to eat these too.Check the food labels, see what you are eating. Its on the labels and if you eat out a lot, learn your food groups."Be Healthy, don't wait until your sick to start"

Smoked Hickory Barbecue Ribs.

none.

All of them esp. those with rich dark color. Don't forget fruits.

Spinach. It may seem like you're eating grass, but it is healthy! Also eat all kinds of veggies & work out this will also help build muscle over time.

Protein builds muscle and you can't find much protein in veggies. Beans, tofu, nuts and peanut butter are non-meat options though. Otherwise my suggestion would be protein powder, meat, eggs, cheese, fish.

the only thing that can help you build muscle is protein, so eat lots of beans, not many other veggies have protein

...beans?

nuts and seeds have lots of protein

Beef, lamb, pork and chicken they are all vegetarian!!

ones with protein. try corn, beans, potatoes.... all veggies are healthy. tomatoes have vitam c, carrots help ur eyes...u get my point =]

Dark leafy greens. 1-2 bunches per day. Can be blended with fruit in smooties. Most greens have 30-50% of their calories from protein! They are also high in calcium and iron. Grazing animals get their muscle from greens and grasses and so can we!

Beans they are full of protein and protein builds muscle so do nuts especially cashew nuts

beans, split peas, nuts, seeds, whole grains, mushrooms,
green leafy vegetables, broccoli - combine them all
