What's the best piece of chicken to eat? Leg, thigh, breast or wing?

breast is the most popular, but for my money a boneless, skinless thigh is the best. nice textured meat, tolerates overcooking(stays juicy and flavorful), and actually tastes like something. try chix parm with the thighs slightly pounded. i can't sell them like that, but that's what we eat at home.

In terms of healthy, the breast. It is white meat and has less fat if you remove the skin. But it can also be a bit dry if you over cook it.

Thigh, because its not a little bit and its not too much like breast. Oh and don't forget the Hot sauce!!

The thigh to me.It is tender,not dry and very little bone.Easy to BBQ and grill on stove.Plus the price is usually great for them.I like it when I find boneless and skinless.BBQ quick and easy..

Light meat has less fat but it is dry. In my opinion, dark meat tastes better. I like the leg because it is the easiest to eat (by far). The wing doesn't have as much meat but it tends to absorb the most flavor from the skin and seasoning because of that. Thigh is okay, but sometimes it is a pain to get all of the meat off of it. Personally, I find the breast considerably less juicy than the leg, thigh, and wing. In our culture, the white meat is considered better, but in Asian culture (Chinese at least), the dark meat is considered better. I have to agree with the Chinese on this one.

Depends on what you are looking for....the thigh is the fattiest part if you are a fat lover. Most delicious? Wing....but healthiest part of the chicken when you are on a diet, is the breast. Low fat, white meat is the best, healthiest meat.

Thigh is the best piece to eat for flavor. The way industrial farming has turned breast meat into "natural" and "healthy" food is sad comment on our food culture. If it's natural that through breeding, some poultry can't even stand up because the breasts are so large. If you want to eat bland healthy protein, then the breast is the way to go.

I've always liked the white meat best - it's not as greasy, and easier to eat without getting chicken grease all over my fingers! So I vote for the breast!
