You could easily serve it with just a drizzle of olive oil, some garlic and some grated parmesan cheese. Or you could chop up some fresh tomatoes and add that to it with some chopped fresh basil and olive oil and ground black pepper.

Since they already have pesto in them I'd use a tomato cream sauce:

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (14.5 ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
3/4 teaspoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter

DIRECTIONS
In a saucepan, saute onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat. Make sure it doesn't burn. Add tomatoes, basil, sugar, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and continue to boil 5 minutes or until most of the liquid evaporates. Remove from heat; stir in whipping cream and butter. Reduce heat and simmer 5 more minutes.

Or an Alfredo Sauce:

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons butter
8 fluid ounces heavy whipping cream
salt to taste
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS
Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Add heavy cream, stirring constantly. Stir in salt, nutmeg, grated Parmesan cheese, and grated Romano cheese. Stir constantly until melted, then mix in egg yolk. Simmer over medium low heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Garnish with additional grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Here's a really really simple and easy to remember alfredo sauce...

1 Stick of Butter
Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Pint of Cream
1 Cup Parmigiano Reggiano
Salt and Pepper To Taste...
You can Sautee Shrimp or Grill Some Chicken and toss it In as Well...

Here's the method...
Sautee the garlic and olive oil untill it starts to give off a strong fragrance... Don't let it brown too much... Add the Cream and let it Reduce by a third... Add the cheese and stir it in cut up the Butter and Add it a little bit at a time untill the sauce gets a nice shean to it... Simple, Easy, Cheap, no need to ever buy that god awful canned alfredo ever again...

~Cheers

Pesto is the sauce. Just heap it on, stir it up and serve. YUM

I say marinara...any kind of food like that is always good with good ol fashioned marinara sauce!

A jar of Alfredo sauce and lots of parmesan. Quick and easy.

i just made them today.....all i did was add butter, parm. cheese and little olive oil...they are delicious. i didnt eat them, they are too fattening, but they looked good!
