About Bahlsen cookies (the german ones)?!

Question:

About Bahlsen cookies (the german ones)?

Are the Bahlsen cookies actual german cookies or are they just cookies that a german company makes? I need to know this for school, I need to bring in a cultural food.

Answers:
Yes from here, too -- my dad gets them for us over there all the time and then brings them back. This is their site: http://www.bahlsen.de/root_bahlsen_anim/...
which is in Germany.

Yes they are says my girlfriend who lives in Germany. :)

After reading the following, I am going to assume that they are NOT German cookies, but rather a German bakery.
