*Pour the tea mixture into a 2-quart pitcher; add the sugar.
*Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
*Add in the cold water.
*Let cool; chill in the refrigerator and serve over ice.
Put about 4 cups of water on the stove. Once you have a good boil going remove the water from heat and immediately add 4 regular (2 Family size) bags of Tetley Ice Tea. Stir it for about 30 seconds and then poor it into your pitcher. Add 1 1/4 cups of sugar per gallon (measured against the final amount not the 4 cups of hot water) stir until it is dissolved and fill with cold water. Let it sit in the fridge for about 1 hour before drinking. Enjoy!!

Take a cup to a cup and a half (depending on your sweet tooth) of sugar and place it in a saucepan with equal amount of water. Heat on high, stirring constantly until sugar melts , creating a simple syrup...Add to gallon of brewed tea and shake or stir well. Squeeze half a lemon into it and shake or stir well til blended.
