Is this healthy?!

Question:

Is this healthy?

pb & j sandwich on whole wheat bread with 1/2 tsp of peanutbutter

& like 2 small cups of grapes

Answers:
no, its VERY unhealthy!! eat chocolate covered popcorn instead.... with extra salt- its good 4 your heart.

yes

is it really necessary to ask that question?

Sure

Yes.

what do you think??

yeah and why did u ask this question

yea=]

i wouldn't say that it is unhealthy... i just had a pbj. it was awesome. so u should go eat one. also if you have a mostly healthy diet then i definitly wouldn't worry about one pbj sammich.

ha ha yeah...skip the grapes tho as i think they just full of fat that way you can afford to have another tsp of pb,yeah

Yes, it's fine - whole wheat bread is good for you, nuts in small amounts are very good for you, and grapes being a fruit are good for you.
I wouldn't eat it every day though - there is something to be said for variation and having too much of a good thing!!
Enjoy it and don't worry :)

Yes, meaning it's not unhealthy. I'm not sure what you are aiming for...low calorie meal? And I know for sure that 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter isn't even worth getting out the jar! Not too many foods are "bad" for you...it's overdoing the intake of them that puts on weight or has other unhealthy side effects (like high cholesterol). "Most everything in moderation" is an excellent rule of thumb. And exercise; even just 20 minutes walking 3 times a week is wonderful.

haha blondes are funny.

but i still love them.

c:

Healthy.....yes.

Will it make you gain weigh/get fat? It could.

Peanut butter has one of the highest concentrations of fat you can find per serving.(2 tbl spoons) And most of the time I use more than 1 serving on my PB&J's.

So as a treat you can eat a pb & j, but dont make a habit out of it. As eating one every other day, combiened with not being active, could be un-healthy.

yes i think that is healthy but if u want to be even more healthier drink alot of water and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. and u could also eat foods u like but have really small amounts of it

.If you can eat peanut butter with out being allergic, grapes are very good for detox. Sounds very good to me.
