How can I eat a LOT of food without feeling full too fast?
Everytime I go to a restaurant, I always end up leaving a LOT of food left on my plate and waste a lot of money on food because I always end up feeling really really hungry and then I start eating and take a few bites and feel full right away. I wanna be able to actually go into a restaurant and comfortably be able to eat a full meal.
Does anyone know anything I can do to "train" myself to be able to eat more food at once? I heard of drinking lots and lots of water to expand the stomach but I don't know if that'd work... (?) Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

Don't worry, I'm not afraid of gaining weight because of it. I'm already really thin and my friends are about the same size as me and they all eat at least twice as much food as I do when we go to a restaurant together.

they say if you eat really fast, you will not feel full as fast, but you need to eat slow, it is better for your digestion and health, take some home in a doggy bag, adding water to some foods like pasta when u get home makes them fresh like they just came from the restuaraunt. EAT SLOW, you are supposed to leave a meal still feeling a bit hungry, but if you must eat so much, then eat really quickly and dont drink anything...
Don't overeat! Just get a "doggie bag" and reheat the food at home! Most people wish that they could shrink their stomach size with staples....
Well the more often you try eating a lot the better it will work because your stomach will adapt.
I really suggest you drink artichoke tea/take artichoke supplements before eating loads of food. It will help you to digest faster and better.
take pauses during eating. eat stop for a minute and start again
Ooo! There are numerous of ways but you can try to bring alka seltzer when you are eating and then you can go eat again because it relieves bloating.
But you shouldn't try to train yourself to eat more food because you'll just get fatter.

dont eat any appetizers. they may appetize, but htye kll your appetite flat. choose something not too greasy and oily or creamy. that fills you up quicker. salad is the best alternative. sandwiches, soups, salads, barbecue,...many solutions
american restaurants serve too much food. You are better off eating a little and taking the rest home in a doggie bag. Don't start drinking a lot of water. You can die from water overdose.
Don't eat soon before dining. Eat slowly and you will have more room. Pause in between bites in order to let your food settle.
Do you eat an appetizer before the entree arrives? Do you eat a lot of bread/crackers while waiting for your meal? Do you drink a lot of fluid while your meal is being prepared? If you answered yes to any or all of these, stop it.
Yes, just keep eating more and more and you will not only be able to eat more you will be fat very soon.
grapes can make your stomache bigger if you want that and if you eat really fast you will feel full a few minutes later.
