Here's a fast dinner, and very good and healthy: Buy a cut-up chicken when you're grocery shopping, and clean it, rinse it good, and put it in a plastic bag in the refrigerator with a whole peeled onion, clove of garlic. You can throw it into a pan any day that week, and throw in the pan a bag of prepeeled carrots, a half-bag of rinsed potatoes, salt, pepper, cover, 350 degrees, and in 1 1/2 hours you have a delish dinner!

premade lasange..let it cook it self, throw in some premade salad and some bread rolls and you have a great dinner with no work or clean up

Pizza
Meatloaf
Tuna cassrole
Baked Chicken

Frozen Pizza.

go to the grocery store that has a deli and get a ready for the oven pizza (put together but not baked) follow the directions and while it is baking you can make a quick salad and you have dinner in no time.

pizza, roasted chicken, meat loaf

Pizza
Chicken (other kinds of meat)
Pasta

I know a great baked chicken recipe... chicken breasts, flour, paprika, salt and peppar. Coat the chicken and then put it in the oven in melted butter (I use a pyrex dish).. Let it cook 45 min then another 15 after turning: its great with green beans and rice!

Pot roast is the easiest.

Start with Potatoes, then carrots, onions in layers. End up with roast on top.
Put lid on pot.
Cook in oven for 1 1/ 2 hours at 350375.
Open pot, toss veggies around in pot and add celery.
Add salt, pepper, fresh rosemary.
Cook 1/2 an hour longer.
Serve on warm dish.
Make gravy, if you want.
