Are edamame's rich in iron?!

Are edamame's rich in iron?

I looked it up on net, but didn't find the answer and friends are telling me they are rich in iron.

^ 8% is decent for a half cup. edemame is really more well-known for its lean protein though. I wouldnt eat lots of edemame or other soy products simply for its iron value. if you need more iron, try some multi-vitamins.

if you're a non meat eater though, eating more edemame, or other spy products, will likely give you an energy boost. (at elast, it does for me).

Not sure, but I am now very curious about the plural of Edamame....Edamamii, is a single piece an Edama and the plural is Edamame??? You blew my mind!!!!

don't know...but they are good protein!
