Question:

Need quick seasoning for boneless chicken breast on the grill!!! HELP?

I have no time to marinate and want a sort of garlic tasting or italian style chicken !! help please!

Answers:
You could season the chicken breasts with dried rosemary, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil to coat and then grill. You could chop fresh garlic and fresh rosemary or basil too if you have it around and then coat with olive oil.

zesty italian dressing.

Try Penzey's Chesapeake Bay seasoning. Works really well with chicken.

i suggest italian dressing or stuffing the chicken breast with garlic and italina seasonings ....once you cook the breast enough to cut it throw some sesoning and garlic in it and keep grilling it...it should work fine...or try getting some tin foil throwing the breasts on it putting olie oil italian seasoning, and garlic covering with more tin foil and grilling it

Hey there - well then, start with garlic! Finely chop up or preferably crush some cloves... put this in a small bowl with a few tablespoons of good quality olive oil... sprinkle in some finely chopped oregano (that'll give you that indefinably Italianness), rosemary if you like it, freshly ground black pepper, fresh chopped parsley, bit of dried pepper if you like it, and a good squeeze of lemon juice. Mix up and brush it on your chicken. Careful as dripping oil may make the heat flame up. The garlic bits go crispy on the grill. Enjoy!

sprinkle some garlic powder in a small can of tomato paste and slap it on!!

In a pinch I sprinkle my breasts with the powder ranch dressing mix and sqeeze some lemon juice on them.
Grillmates sells some really great 30 min. marinades if you have that much time...

seasoning salt, pepper and a little garlic powder, or seasoning salt and pepper then while you are grilling brush on Italian dressing like you would BBQ sauce

Old Bay seasoning is great

chicken rub

2 teaspoons coriander, ground
2 teaspoons cumin, ground
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons marjoram, ground
2 teaspoons nutmeg, ground
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons thyme, ground
