What sausage links are good for grilling on the 4th of July?


Answers: Polish sausages. Brats Keibasa is our favorite!
They are not links, but we cut them into bun size. Our family likes to grill bratworst Fresh bratwursts that have been boiled in beer. Knockwursts are just as good. Both are GREAT! I like Johnsonville brats - try the brat hot tub.

These two companies are in total competition they make KILLER sausage for the grill. Bratwurst!

First boil brats in a beer bath with sliced onions for about 20 mins. Then grill them up to get some nice grill marks. You gotta have brats AND beer.
