Can anyone tell me what these Chinese menu items are like?!

Question:

Can anyone tell me what these Chinese menu items are like?

I found a Chinese restaurant that I like, but I do not know what many of the menu items are. Could someone please give some quick definitions of the following dishes - and whether or not they involve frying?

Four Seasons
Happy Family
Pad Thai
Spring roll
Paper Wrapped Chicken
Three Flavor Sizzling Rice Soup
Moo Goo Gai Pan
War Shu Gai
Mei Fun
Chow Fun

Thanks!

Answers: haha asian food my specialty

Pad thai- this uses a flat noodle which isn't at all chinese but thai, this contains noodle, lime, peanut, onion, grush fresh garlic, ketchup (if your american), dried baby shrimp, and your choice of meat usually shrimp. It's extremely good but if you eat it alot you sort of get sick of it

Spring Roll-It's pretty much eggroll without the hard shell and different insides. the ones i had it has hard boil egg, some herbs such as mints, cilantro, basil, etc, and a celery. i had it at a vietnamese restaurant with sauce.

Chinese Sizzling Rice Soup-Contains baby shrimp, chicken, egg, cornstarch, vegetable oil, chicken broth, mushrooms, bamboo shoot, green bean, salt, sherry, and white rice. i had this at a chinese restaurant called Pheonix in Chinatown in LA. It's texture is pretty much like sweet and sour soup and almost pouragey can't really describe it well...

Moo Goo gai Pan- it's a mixture of chicken with chinese vegetable stir fried in special brown sauce, usual light salty taste not too salty kinda like a bland salty taste you get from alot of the chinese food

War shu gai-a thick texture topping on rice texture kinda like curry made with chicken, green onion, egg, cornstarch, flour, baking powder, broth, mushroom, and soy sauce

Mei Fun-i think the first time i had this was with my ex gf who was from singapore, i thought i tasted like chow mein but she cooked it so who knows...anyways what i saw was chicken, shrimp, some vegetable, mushroom and stir fried in oil with bean sprout..she used bok chow for the vegetable part oh and green onion(popular in asian food)

Chow Fun-I think this is like the thai food called lad na, which is flat noodle stired fried on soy suace and sweet sauce with meat and vegetable but this one uses two noodle

i think this is right but i'm not sure have no idea but general tsa chicken is really good! DELICIOUS I know Happy Family is 7 different types of meats and veggies..My favorite

you can honstly just ask the chinese place what it is:) Well, a spring roll is like a smaller, softer, lighter egg roll. That's all I know. They are all good.
