i think you need little sleep pita bread never had one but i'm pretty sure its pitta bread it's called pitta bread. pitta bread. Doh! SPICED PITA BREAD

2 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. salt
4 drops hot pepper sauce
6 mini pita breads

Mix first 4 ingredients. Brush both sides of pita bread. Grill pitas 4-6 inches above hot coals or 1-2 minutes per side until lightly browned and puffed. Or broil in oven 4-5 inches from heat source until browned. This is great served with any Mexican dish or barbecue meals. Normally, it's served in pitta bread, but in Germany I've had them in another form of unleavened bread called fladenbrot (flatbread), and in England (where we go in for a lot of Indian food as well) you can get them in naan bread in some take aways. I guess it depends where you are, but they are all types of similar flat unleavened bread. Wiki it dear.

Pita bread is used for Donner Kebab
