It changes. I enjoy pizza, sushi, soups, homemade bread and stew. Love a good old-fashioned fish and potato casserole. I hate tuna casserole. Sometimes, macaroni and cheese. I do like curried mashed potatoes with some leftover dark chicken meat and a gravy.

For breakfast, I enjoy one of our traditional corn puddings baked with eggs, apples, onions and beef sausage. I pour maple syrup over it and serve it with my mother's friend's salsa or pineapple jam. Chicken Alfredo from Olive Garden....or if at home, my fiance makes killer seafood! ooooooh meaty! And to wash it down a nice light Pilsner lager.

Many days I just sit and crave a nice firey hot Vindaloo.

I also love a nice beef roast with mashed potatos and rich thick brown gravy and Yorkshire pudding.
Topped off with a nice pint of English Bitter.:) Chicken Fajitas... with Yellow Rice.. Its so good! First of all I feel a bit sceptic about asking what's our favourite meal the more so that you have already announced what you like. what difference does it make to you.... unless you are making a survey or wish to know how many choose what you like.
However, if you so wish my favourite meal ...then it varies throughout the days of the week. I do not like to eat the same food everyday and opt for variety.
A simple meal might consist of a tuna salad with onions, green chillies and green lettuce with French warm crusty baguette.
Another one as most of them would be home made .
Hot fresh cooked pharatas ( leavened cooked pancake like ) wholemeal flour, with a green banana curry with snoek salted fish, greens , a dholl and some pickles or tomato coriander chutney. Healthy and appetising. most probably you would never have heard about this apart from certain courses regarding this menu.
And I have lots more of same values which make them to be favourites.
Do give them a try but you must know exactly how to make them to really enjoy them. meatloaf and mashed potatoes Homemade cheeseburger and fries! The French breakfast. i love a salad with lettuce and raddichio with shredded cheese, cucumber, and sliced green olives on top with either ranch or bleu cheese dressing, fried chicken, homemade mac-n-cheese, asparagus or green beans, a tall icy glass of raspberry or peach iced tea and red velvet cake or tiramisu for dessert
