Mexican sweet desert?!

Question:

Mexican sweet desert?

Do any one know of a sweet desert that they make usally on Chrismas thats with wheat bread, mozzaralla cheese, brown sugur and they put m&ms candy and lots more other ingretice in it. Its sound nasty but it is really good.

Answers: Some Mexican sweets do use cheese as one of the ingredients, but not mozarella, especially when we have so many other superb varieties. Look up capirotada, maybe that is what you are looking for and it is the most likely candidate, given the ingredients you mention, except for the m&m's. I myself come from a mexican house hold, and I have never heard of such a thing. I know of a cake called roscas that have candies in them, and sometimes the cake is wheat like, are you sure it has mozzarella cheese in it? Sounds like capirotada. Most recipes call for cheddar, but I guess any cheese would work. http://www.mexicanmercados.com/food/swee... i'm mexican and i have never heard of that....What i think it might be is called a "Rosca", its like a big donut shaped caked that has fruit on top of it, and they have Lilttle baby toys inside :-) its good as hell! its called "Rosca" it taste very good!
