Quick curryish sauce recepi needed, ive put sour cream, tumeric and cumin seed, i dont have curry powder!?

any idea what i can add, its on the stove nearly ready!

Answers: coriander, cinamon, fenugreek, red pepper which are all components of curry powder Chilli? Ground coriander is essential to "curry powder". If you have some cilatro, chili, garlic add these too. You dont need curry powder, Indians dont use it!

onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes

Spices: garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, red chili powder, tumeric
