Recipe for the vegs from Kobe Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar?

I don't like vegs AT ALL but these were delicious!! I really want to find out what all the sauces were he used. I remember sesame seads. Also how did he make the fried rice? Everything went so quick. This was the one in Miami at Dolphin Mall, chef was "John" his American name. Sepctacular experience.
