Tampa isn't a very Asian city, so you're pretty much out of luck when it comes to that. You could always check on Google Earth or Google Maps...or something like that...to see if there are actually any Asian specialty shops nearby.
If you do happen to find one, grab some yogo while you are there. It's mad good... If the Tampa/St Petersburg area is lacking Asian or Japanese food stores, try health food stores, I get mine from a store in Toronto Canada that specializes in quality health foods.
It is sold by the pound and when you see the price, do not fall over, like somethings they weight light, and you can make a large quantity and freeze it.
