Refried Beans recipe?!

Question:

Refried Beans recipe?

I am looking for a good refried bean recipe. I would love to have refried beans like the ones that you get at a mexican restaurant.

Answers: You'll need black beans non cooked, put at the pressure pot (autoclave could be another name) with enough water & half onion & a garlic to add flavor.

Once well cooked, take out an discard the onion & garlic, drain the water (you could use it for a great fideo soup) & smash the beans, then put a generous amount of pork fat in a teflon coated pan, put some chopped onion, when it's transparent put the smashed beans there, mix & you'll got genuine Mex Refried Beans. Source(s):
I'm Mexican Frijoles Refritos (Classic Mexican Refried Beans)

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons vegetable oil or bacon drippings
4 cloves peeled and finely chopped garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cups undrained cooked beans (slightly warm for easy mashing Note Canned beans may be used)
Salt

Steps:
1. Mash the beans in a bowl.

2. In a medium skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.

3. Add the onion and the garlic, cook and stir until onion is deep golden; about 10 minutes.

4. Stir in the mashed beans and cook for about one minute.

5. Add salt to taste.

6. Makes about one pint.

Good luck and enjoy! =) They have recipes for that stuff? Beans refried, could they be pinto beans. Here's an easy recipe. Buy a can of pinto beans. Pour some oil into a pan (a little deep so that it will hold the entire contents of the can). Let the oil warm up a bit and pour out the can of pinto beans. Once the beans start to warm up a bit get to smashing!..lol.. and you're done! They may be a little liquidy but trust me they thicken after sitting for a minute or two. With already cooked beans either pinto or black, whatever u preffer. Well once they are cooked, u fry them on a pan with small amounts of cooking oil or whatever u prefer. Then u smush them and cook them for like 7 min... Season to taste Google it friend
http://www.google.co.in/search?hl=en&q=r... just get a can of refried beans, spread on a tortilla, add salsa, cilantro. chopped black olives, mexican blend shredded cheese, or cheddar cheese. top with another tortilla and put in oven till browned a bit and cheese melted. (quessadillas). or roll the tortilla up and do same in oven. very good.
