Does anyone know of any Chinese breakfast dishes?!

Question:

Does anyone know of any Chinese breakfast dishes?

You find Chinese restaurants with lunch and dinner menus. Are there any breakfast dishes? Something besides egg with soy and kung pao.

Answers:

China is a big country, the people from the north have noodles with wonton soup, steamed buns or soy milk (hot), sticky rice cake with mince pork & Chinese pickles as filling (see below first photo - a Shanghainese food) and deep fried crispy curlers (see below 2nd photo) for breakfast. The people from the south who they mainly eat rice would have congee (rice porridge) serve with deep fried crispy doughs, steamed rice noodles or stir-fried egg noodles with bean spourts & soy sauce for breakfast.

Cantonese like to have dim sum for breakfast too, the varieties are endless.

Below are some photos of the typical Chinese food for breakfast.
