Does anyone know the food called fufu?


Answers:

Fufu is made from cassava and plantain. They are peeled, washed and boiled until soft. Then they are smashed together with a pestle and mortar until smoothed into a paste. This paste is then rolled up into little balls. It can be served in groundnut (peanut) soup and is used like a utensil to eat the soup with. It's popular in Ghana.
