What does a Buddhist Meal Plan consist of?!

Question:

What does a Buddhist Meal Plan consist of?

I'm looking for a Buddhist - Mahayana, if being specific helps - meal plan. I'm looking for an exact meal plan detailing the things I need to buy and how to prepare the food. If anyone knows any websites or has personal experiences with a Buddhist diet, please share it with me. I'm really looking for a meal plan...day-to-day. Thanks! And, if you could, please hurry because I'm about to go grocery shopping in a few hours.

I think this page has useful info describing it.

Basically it is a vegetarian diet that would typically exclude eggs (and usually diary, not always), and 5 pungent plants - onion, garlic, chives, shallot, and leek.

So you are talking about rice with vegetable stir frys and similar dishes with beans and/or tofu.
