Malayalam word for ginger, garlic and onion?

Hi,
Actually i was planning to make sausage curry and found a recipe but it requires ginger, garlic and onion. The supermarket near my house has these items, but the shopkeeper is keralite and doesnt know much english. So i need the translation of these 3 items in malayalam.
Also, if u hav got any good sausage curry recipe, plz do send it.
P.S. if u r sending a sausage curry recipe plz try to get malayalam translations for the spices involved.
