How do I get tumeric stains out of my food processor?

I've been cooking with tumeric a lot lately. But now my food processor has a yellow-ish orange-ish tinge to it.. Does that come out? If so- how?

It's very difficult to remove turmeric stains from plastic (I am assuming it's the plastic portion of your fp):

I have heard of 2 ways:

Make a paste with baking soda & water, apply this paste onto the stained area. Let this stand for a while and then clean the area with a good brush.

OR

Pour a strong vinegar over the stained plastic and cut half of a lemon, rub over the stained area. Squeeze the juice of the lemon over all the area and leave it for some hours.

After that, use your dish washing liquid and clean the bowls and it will be sparkling without any stains.
