What's the nutritional info on Edamame and/or Shrimp Shumai?!

Question:

What's the nutritional info on Edamame and/or Shrimp Shumai?

I often buy those pre-packaged shumai in my grocery store. There's about 6 dumplings in a container. I either get edamame or shrimp. They're really good, but there isn't a nutritional information print out on the package. Anyone know? Calories? Fat? Sodium? Fiber, etc. Thanks.
