For all you Polish people , do you have a recipe for the dumplings?
i need it 2 be fast and easy.

I use wonton wrappers when I am in a pinch.
My filling is:
3 cups leftover mashed potatoes
1 small onion, finely diced & sauted
1.5 cups of cottage cheese
salt
pepper
Mix the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl, and add a spoonful to the center of a wonton wrapper. Wet the edges, and fold diagonally corner to corner. pinch the edges lightly to seal.
Drop into boiling water, and cook until they float (about 3 minutes). Saute with butter & serve.
