Help! Have made my thai green curry too spicy - how can I salvage it?!

Question:

Help! Have made my thai green curry too spicy - how can I salvage it?

I have used up all the cocnut milk, and am left with a curry that is a bit too spicy as I added too much curry paste.

How can I tame down the heat?

Answers:

I would normally add coconut milk, sugar and lime juice to bring down the heat.
I would probably strain the sauce, add the above ingredients and add the correct amount back to the dish. This will prevent the dish from becoming "soupy". You may also want to add some new vegetables instead of the ones that have absorbed some of the heat.
