floozy_niki, only cruel and evil people can do unthinkable things to living things, may they have souls or none. the fact that they can feel is enough for you to see that they can experience pain too, sadly they can't protest and defend themselves. if you were that fish, I bet you wouldn't want that to be done to you. be thankful you are human, have respect for life and all living things. I really don't like people who are evil enough to do and condone cruelty to any living creatures.
