Does anyone know if you can buy mexican chorizo in England. Not the hard spanish stuff. I am looking for the Raw chorizo for cooking. Unlike the U.S. We can not just pop to the local store to buy this. If that was so i would not be asking if anyone knows where to get it.

it is not just a spanish or portuges food it is also mexican. and that is the kind i am looking for. I make it with eggs and have it as a breakfast burrito. well i would if i could find it over here.

Are there any mexican restaurants near you? If so, you may want to try calling and see who they order from or if they're willing to order it for you. Or try some food wholesalers on the web to see if that import it to you.
I'm partial to the beef chorizo myself, but the pork is good too; I'll not take it for granted that I can go to any grocer (Los Angeles area) and get it so easily.
Just curious - are you making it with eggs, beans, or something else?
