Do you anyone who likes to eat cavair,some of the local fishermen are selling the fish eggs that come out of?
the Miss. river ( nasty nasty ) .several years ago farmers would feed these eggs to hogs because no one wanted them. Since the cavair shortage in Russia people are eating this nasty stuff out of the nasty Miss river and paying big money for it.I could never understand what was so appealing myself kinda sounds like eating s h - t to me. whats your opinion?

I didn't know there were sturgeon in the Mississippi. The only roe that can be called caviar is sturgeon roe. Salmon is one exception, but it has to be called salmon caviar.
I don't think there's salmon or sturgeon in the Miss. Regardless, even if there was, I wouldn't eat it.
