Do you believe authentic East Asian food is healthier than food from any other nation?
There may be "bad foods" in a Chinese or Thai diet but it's my personal observation I find them very healthy for body and mind. It all must be due to the nature of preparation and the ingredients being used:
1. Extremely good for DIGESTION (I can vouchsafe for it)
2. reduces mood swings/desire to sleep - I call them efficient foods
3. You get almost all the dietary nutrients - meats contain proteins (mostly they use lean meats such as pork, shrimp etc.), absence of milk products (lactose is bad for your health), and a soup preparation contains all the vitamins and minerals you would need.
It's just my personal observation. How many else would agree?

I personally find Chinese food much better than Breads/cheese/butter/jam or any derivative products.

From what you said it sounds healthy but I can`t say its the healthiest food because I haven`t eaten every cuisine.Asia doesn`t have alot of over weight people like America so they must be doing something right :).Even Paris or the Caribbean seem to have slim people.I know for sure that Japan has a good diet.I love to learn about the Japanese culture.
